RIYBOT provides AI voice agents that answer business calls, handle approved questions, capture leads and booking requests, and show results in dashboards. We configure agents for each business during onboarding.

Features, languages, and availability may change as the product develops. Early access or pilot use may include limitations.

If we give you portal or admin access, you must keep credentials confidential and use the account only for your authorized business. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate business information for agent configuration and keep FAQs, hours, and policies up to date with our team as needed.

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your calls, including any required notices that calls may be recorded or handled by an automated agent.

You must not misuse the service (for example spam, fraud, illegal content, or attempts to disrupt the platform).

Website voice demos are for evaluation. Demo conversations may be recorded and reviewed. Demo access may require a password or other controls and may be limited or withdrawn at any time.

RIYBOT and its branding, software, prompts, designs, and documentation remain our property (or our licensors’). You keep ownership of your business content you provide for configuration. You grant us a license to use that content to operate the agent for you.

The agent answers from configured business knowledge and may not be complete or error-free. RIYBOT does not guarantee that every call will be answered correctly or that every booking request will be fulfilled. Critical or sensitive matters should be handled by your human team.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIYBOT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing).

We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if a pilot or subscription ends. You may stop using the services at any time; outstanding fees remain due if applicable.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Courts in Riyadh shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
